Responsibilities:
  • To responsible for HR and administrative functions to maintain effective day-to-day operation
  • To support recruitment processes and co-ordinate within the department
  • To prepare regular HR reports for management review
  • To maintain accurate & update staff information and records
  • To perform administrative duties including handling enquiries, inputting data, filing and other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years’ HR experience, experience in generalist role will be an advantage
  • Knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, taxation & MPF regulations and other related legislations
  • Positive and proactive attitude with strong sense of responsibility & well-organized
  • Confident in working and communicating with different stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Chinese word-processing
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
