Promotion Manager

• Degree or above in Surveying, Marketing or related disciplines
• 5 years or above solid experience in handling graphic design, printing & production processes, sales brochure of residential development project
• Familiar with the Residential Properties (First-Hand Sales) Ordinance; sound knowledge of residential development building plans, documents and relevant information
• Responsible for the co-ordination and administration of marketing collaterals and sales brochure related to residential development projects
• Previous working experience in property developer is an advantage
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is preferred
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure
• Strong leadership with good interpersonal communication skills
