Research Officer – Asset Management

• Assist in conducting market research, managing data from multiple databases and carrying out financial analysis
• Prepare periodic research / data-driven reports
• Support the Market Research Manager to monitor market intelligence and analyze market trends
• Perform ad-hoc tasks and other research related projects as assigned

• Degree holder, preferably in Statistics / Real Estate / Business Administration or related disciplines
• 1 – 2 years’ experience in real estate industry is preferred
• Good numerical sense, attentive to details, proactive and able to work independently
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
