Responsibilities:

General IT Management

  • Manage a team of 10+ staffs to support the Information Technology (IT) development & daily operation for Department Stores & Supermarkets businesses in HK
  • Develop short term & long term IT development Road Map
  • Develop and review IT policies, standards & contingency plan to reduce business and IT risk
  • Manage annual IT budgets & monitor appropriate budgetary controls
  • Regular update on latest IT technology, sharing of market best practice and advice on the application of new technology for the business
  • Develop & manage IT infrastructure & IT security
  • Lead & manage other IT related ad hoc projects

SAP Project Management

  • Act as IT team leader to work with SAP consultants to plan and manage the system development & implementation schedule
  • Understand user requirements & advice on new business workflow & control for the new system
  • Advice on technical issues related to the system implementation

CRM Development

  • Revamp of CRM program on both backend system and frontend Apps, advice on market best practice and potential improvement areas
  • Work with Marketing & Operation team to develop short term & long term plan to revamp the CRM program
  • Develop analysis reports through BI tools to support the users on data analysis and ultimately drive additional traffic / sales to the stores

POS Management

  • Act as IT team leader to monitor and manage the POS system
  • Ensure system stability and continuous development on system enhancement

E-commerce Development

  • Act as one of the key management team member on E-commerce Development project
  • Review on current E-commerce structure, advice on market best practice, and pros & cons on different E-commerce models
  • Develop short term & long term plan to support E-commerce development
  • Manage and review on the existing system, structure & workflow to support E-commerce project, both frontend, office backend & logistic management
Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree or above in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering or related disciplines
  • Minimum 10 years’ solid IT experiences with a broad range of responsibility in retail industry, including management / development of ERP, POS, and CRM & E-commerce systems
  • Experience in SAP is preferred but not essential
  • Strong project management and problem solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Energetic and eager to explore new knowledge
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English, Chinese including Putonghua
