Senior Management Information System Officer / Management Information System Officer

• Gather and translate user requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to IT development team
• Co-ordinate with different project stakeholders to define and execute user test scenarios and cases
• Participate in the quality assurance (QA) of IT projects and assist in conducting User Acceptance Test (UAT)
• Conduct data discovery, analysis and modeling
• Act as tier 1 end user support on the in-house IT systems and services
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

• Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Information System or related disciplines
• Minimum 3-5 years’ relevant experience in the role of business analyst in project management team
• Solid experience on conducting UAT, system demonstration and user training; collecting user requirements and preparing system functional specification document
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge of Power BI Platform, SQL or other data analytics tools is preferred
• Domain knowledge of Real Estate / Asset Management is an advantage
• Independent, self-motivated, well-organized and able to work under pressure
