Senior Manager - Commercial Development

Responsibilities:
  • Report to team head to develop business models of central loyalty business and identify new revenue growth opportunities
  • Acquire new merchants and manage assigned merchants on program participation to account for a total B2B account management
  • Participate in designing & optimizing B2B merchant solution / product and strategic partnership engagement model
  • Grow and convert partnership pipeline with managed partner accounts across various industries, financial institutions (FI), payments, e-commerce etc.
  • Identify and develop new opportunities actively to add value to merchants or partners throughout the partnership, including product distributions, activations, joint marketing activities, sponsorships, in-mall activities, events etc.
  • Partner with other internal teams on ecosystem-wide programs in leveraging the breadth of services and products under the group to optimize solution’s proposition
  • Collaborate with marketing team to execute market specific demand generation initiatives across managed and unmanaged accounts
  • Work with operation team to ensure business deliverables will be placed and implemented in accordance to merchant & partner commitments
Requirements:
  • Degree holder
  • Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience with entrepreneurial and strategic mindset
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in driving business growth and profitability
  • Proven experience on consultative B2B commercial development to FI and non-FI partners
  • Rich knowledge of loyalty programs and digital payments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Thought leader on the future of ecosystem in CRM, digital payments and data management
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese, including Putonghua
