Senior Marketing Officer (Integrated Branding & Marketing)

• Manage new brand development initiatives including the creation of brand assets, guidelines and applications to ensure consistent implementation across all marketing materials
• Assist in the planning and execution of events, shows & sponsorships to enhance brand visibility, engage target customers and drive brand awareness
• Collaborate with internal, external agencies & vendors to plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, such as print, video, events & social
• Work closely with partners & designers to develop compelling marketing content and collateral that align with brand guidelines and resonate with the target audience
• Implement digital campaigns, create engaging digital content and manage social media
• Maintain effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives
• Conduct market research, monitor and analyze latest trends on market intelligence

• Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Property Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years’ marketing experience with exposure to brand development / integrated marketing campaigns / digital marketing and social media management, preferably gained in shopping malls, property or F&B industry
• Good team player, multi-tasking and able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent in both written and spoken English and Chinese with the ability to create compelling marketing content
• Proficiency in PC skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop, Illustrator and HTML
