Systems / Network Administrator

• Perform server administration job including backup, Anti-Virus update, upgrade and server migration
• Perform MS AD & Exchange maintenance & support
• Manage Storage Area Network (SAN)
• Handle User ID maintenance and project deployment
• Provide support to remote site setup and Helpdesk
• Support on-site open sales events

• Degree holder in IT or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years’ working experience in system administration
• Possess certification of MCSE & CCNA is a must
• Experience in PCs & Mac support in LAN, WAN, mobile devices & Wi-Fi environment and system support including installation, patching / upgrading & administration
• In-depth experience in AD GPO deployment, Firewall settings and network troubleshooting are added advantages
• Hands-on experience in using Veeam, VMware and SysAdmin (e.g. OpManager, Asset Explorer) tools etc.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Good negotiation skills and proficiency in English and Chinese
