Mr Wong Wing Hoo, Billy joined the Company in 2006 and is presently the General Manager of Construction Department. He is a fellow member of the Institution of Civil Engineers, Hong Kong Institution of Engineers, Institution of Highways and Transportation and Hong Kong Institution of Highways and Transportation. He is also a Registered Professional Engineer under the Engineers Registration Ordinance (Chapter 409). He previously served as president of Hong Kong Construction Association, chairman of Construction Industry Training Authority, chairman of Construction Industry Training Board, director of Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation and board member of the Airport Authority Hong Kong. Mr Wong is currently director of Hong Kong-Shenzhen Innovation and Technology Park Ltd., board member of the Hospital Authority, member of the Council of The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and permanent supervisor of Hong Kong Construction Association.
