Henderson Land Pledges Full Support for the HKSAR Government's Efforts to Boost the Night Economy by Launching the “After 8 Night-time Consumption Triple Rewards” Programme, Evening Performances, and a Series of Enticing Offers at the Group’s Three Major Shopping Malls

Henderson Land Development Company Limited (“Henderson Land” or “the Group”) (Stock Code: 12) pledges its full support for the HKSAR Government's efforts to boost the night economy. The Group's shopping malls, including Mira Place in Tsim Sha Tsui, MCP CENTRAL & MCP DISCOVERY in Tseung Kwan O, and MOSTown in Ma On Shan, will launch a series of distinctive evening entertainment programmes and the "After 8 Night-time Consumption Triple Rewards" programme to stimulate night-time consumption, and boost foot traffic in shopping malls and districts to inject vitality into the market.

Highlights of the Group's night-time consumption programmes and offers

1. “After 8 Night-time Consumption Triple Rewards”

Registered Mira Place or H·COINS members can (1) earn double points, (2) receive Shopping e-Coupons or merchant cash vouchers, and (3) enjoy free parking rewards upon spending a designated amount at the Group's shopping malls after 8pm.

MCP CENTRAL & MCP DISCOVERY and MOSTown will distribute a total of 12,000 Shopping e-Coupons to H·COINS members.

2. Evening Music Performances

The Group's shopping malls will host a total of 10 music shows featuring various singers during the Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day holidays. Events include a music show cum autograph-signing event with singer Chantel Yiu at MCP CENTRAL on Mid-Autumn Night (29 September) and a music show by Jay Fung and Feanna Wong at MOSTown on National Day (1 October). Other singers, including Yumi Chung, Cath Wong, Manson Cheung and Aiden Hung, will take turns performing on Fridays and Saturdays in October. Additionally, "Mira Music Vibes" at Mira Place will provide exciting busking performances amidst festive lighting decorations at Mira Steps from 29 September to 2 October, featuring emerging local musicians.

3. Themed Night Markets

Mira Place will hold the "Autumn Leisure ‧ Mira Night Market" from 29 September to 2 October, featuring over 30 local arts and crafts shops and popular workshops, 20 of which operate until 11pm. Some mall tenants will also extend their operating hours, allowing residents and visitors to continue to shop well into the evening. On 29 September and 1 October, from 8pm to 10pm, customers can participate in the "Mira Night Wander", taking memorable photos at designated spots in the mall and enjoying free ice cream by completing some simple tasks. On the day of the Mid-Autumn Festival, customers who spend over $200 will receive a complimentary traditional Mid-Autumn Piglet Biscuit and an exquisite lantern.

From 30 September to 2 October and 14 to 15 October, MCP CENTRAL will host themed Night Bazaars, featuring a number of local brands and workshops, providing a comprehensive night-time experience of dining, shopping, entertainment and more.

The Group believes that with the coordination of the HKSAR Government and the support of the retail industry, the series of distinctive night-time initiatives and enticing offers will help drive the recovery of the local economy and revive the vibrant nightlife buzz in Hong Kong.
