Henderson Land Scores Top Honours in First Half of Year
Clinching “Developer of the Year” Award at Real Estate Asia Awards 2023 and Multiple Sustainability Accolades and Green Building Certifications

Henderson Land Development Company Limited ("Henderson Land" or “the Group”) (Stock code: 12) has clinched the “Developer of the Year – Hong Kong” award for the first time at Real Estate Asia Awards 2023, in addition to winning an array of sustainability accolades and green building certifications in the first half of 2023. These achievements demonstrate the Group’s commitment and contributions to promoting sustainable development, while acknowledging the outstanding performance of its property development projects.

Real Estate Asia Awards 2023
The Real Estate Asia Awards recognises the most innovative real estate developments in Asia Pacific. This year, the Group has been honoured with three accolades. The judging panel unanimously selected Henderson Land as the winner of the “Developer of the Year – Hong Kong” award; The Quinn · Square Mile, located in the prime urban redevelopment area of West Kowloon with varied green design features, received the “Mixed-Use Development of the Year – Hong Kong” award; and the “Residential Development of the Year – Hong Kong” was attributed to the 456-466 Sai Yeung Choi Street North project.

2023-2024 Asia Pacific Property Awards
The Asia Pacific Property Awards is one of the most established and influential international award programmes in the Asia Pacific region. Henderson Land has received four awards this year. Aimed at creating a healthy and comfortable living environment and promoting sustainability, Baker Circle — a large-scale urban redevelopment project in Hung Hom — won the “Mixed-Use Development Hong Kong” award. The “Residential High Rise Development Hong Kong” award was presented to Square Mile (Phase 7) and another project, both of which are currently under development. The Group’s newly revamped corporate website (www.hld.com), which was launched last year, took home the “Best Developer Website Hong Kong – 5 Stars” award.

Henderson Land has earned a total of 20 awards and accolades for its achievements in Asia real estate and sustainable development in the first half of this year, which serves as a resounding validation of the Group’s efforts from industry experts while reaffirming the Group’s vision to create a greener and more sustainable future for all.
