Assistant Leasing Manager / Senior Leasing Officer (Retail & Commercial)

• Handle leasing matters including leasing enquiries, new lettings, renewals and tenancy administration of the assigned portfolio of quality retail and commercial properties
• Assist to formulate and implement leasing strategy
• Explore new business opportunities and source potential tenants
• Conduct market research, data analysis and compile leasing reports
• Co-ordinate premises takeover & handover, fitting-out and renovation works

• Degree in Real Estate, Business or related disciplines
• Minimum 4 years’ relevant experience with exposure to retail leasing market in Chinese Mainland, preferably with major developers
• Passionate about retail trends and have a good understanding of the market
• Extensive networks with real estate agents and potential tenants
• Proactive, positive attitude and good team player
• Good negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Senior Leasing Officer
