Business Development Manager

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across the Group’s leasing portfolio to drive partnership-led growth, customer engagement and brand positioning across the key retail, lifestyle and commercial properties of the Group
• Develop and manage partnerships & activation programs across the portfolio through art, lifestyle & cultural initiatives, marketplace, brand pop-ups, community events, etc., and collaborations with brands, agencies, event organizers, community groups and art & cultural institutions
• Work closely with internal stakeholders including leasing, marketing, operations and property management to implement partnerships and activation programs effectively
• Monitor market trends and recommend new concepts in retail, arts & culture, lifestyle, wellness, sports and related sectors

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Real Estate, Arts Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience with strategic & entrepreneurial mindset
• Solid experience in driving successful partnership programs
• Proven experience in business development, partnership management, retail leasing, activations management or related fields
• Exposure to art, cultural and community programming is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua
