Chief SAP Systems Administrator

• Execute SAP optimization
• Co-ordinate business requirements analysis based on core model and extension with business units / entities
• Handle SAP 1^st & 2^nd level of support, problem resolution, change request management, training and documentation of user procedures
• Provide effective SAP technical and functional support to the business and users
• Perform maintenance of computer-based information system within the company
• Support SAP S/4HANA such as daily maintenance and DR Drill
• Create, test and plan disaster recovery for SAP servers
• Perform SAP / IT audit
• Participate in ad-hoc projects and other tasks as assigned

• Degree in Computer Science, IT or related disciplines
• Minimum 4 years’ related SAP experience with at least 2 years in supporting HANA
• Good knowledge of HANA Cockpit, Solution Manager’s configuration / management / monitoring, SAP Router (VPN) and SAP Web dispatcher
• Self-motivated, independent with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in English and Cantonese
