Leasing Officer - Residential & Commercial

• To work under General Manager Department for handling leasing investment properties
• Manage key tenants relationship for property portfolio
• Conduct market research, data analysis and reports compilation
• Liaise with property management companies and government departments

• Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in leasing of commercial and residential properties
• Experience in handling legal administration, fitting out works and repair works will be an advantage
• Proactive, open-minded attitude and able to work with a team
• Proficiency in PC applications including MS Word and Excel
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
