Senior Deputy Creative Manager (Art-based)

Responsibilities:
  • Grasp customer demand insights accurately
  • Provide and guide core creative output in line with project strategies
  • Take full responsibility for the final creative delivery of the team
  • Lead the creative planning and execution supervision of various brand content, including TVCs, informative videos, key visuals (KVs), scene images and other graphic materials to ensure all deliverables meet creative expectations and align with brand standards
  • Develop and present compelling creative concepts, mood boards and visual frameworks to internal teams and the Board
  • Oversee creative team management, including reasonable task allocation and fostering a dynamic, collaborative creative team culture
  • Respond to senior management arrangements proactively and deploy personnel effectively to ensure work objectives are met
  • Maintain close communication within the departments and across cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth progress of all creative projects
Requirements:
  • Degree in Art, Design or related disciplines
  • Extensive advertising creative experience in the Real Estate Property Development industry, with at certain holding relevant positions in well-known 4A advertising agencies
  • Experience in international creative awards (e.g. Cannes Lions, Kim Fam Awards, Effie etc.) is highly preferred
  • Possess excellent creative execution capabilities with sketching skills and hands-on experience with design and video software (Adobe Creative Suites: Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, FCPX, CapCut etc.) or similar tools
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and with passion for crafting impactful digital experience
  • Experience in using AI design tools is a must
  • Proven experience in leading and participating in successful through-the-line campaign
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus
  • Excellent aesthetic ability and superior independent proposal skills
  • Combines rationality and sensibility, artistic expression in commercial objectives with a keen insight into design, art and technology
  • Able to maintain creative vitality under high-pressure working environments and possesses excellent leadership skills with a strong sense of responsibility and a collaborative team spirit
  • Proactively share creative inspiration and ideas for different projects
  • Work on weekends and public holidays is required
  • Immediate available is preferred
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Deputy Creative Manager / Deputy Multimedia Design Manager
