Senior Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis

• Lead and oversee the team to manage the financial operations for leasing portfolio
• Work with business units to prepare budgets & forecasts and track performance with variance analysis
• Perform strategic planning analysis, identify trends and provide insightful solutions to support decision making
• Analyze financial information, industry data and economic statistics, develop financial models and prepare research & management reports
• Drive system and process improvements in financial planning & analysis to improve management efficiency and effectiveness
• Provide support for ad-hoc analyses and reports

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related disciplines
• ACCA / HKICPA, Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years’ financial planning and analysis experience with at least 5 years’ at supervisory level, preferably gained in real estate industry
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, presentation and leadership skills
• Excellent skills in Excel and consolidation for financial modeling
• Knowledge of PowerBI or Tableau is preferred
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
