Senior Marketing Officer / Marketing Officer (Loyalty Program)

• Assist manager to deliver the goals including acquisition, development and retention
• Assist to execute all rewards, campaigns and events as well as managing the promotions calendar
• Work collaboratively with IT Dept. and agency for producing performance reports and ensuring data reports are generated to track success and pulling data
• Work with app vendors to enhance the loyalty program with new and creative functions for shoppers with repeated purchase
• Work with social media associate to create engagement via social media channels

• Degree in Marketing / Communications or related discipline
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in mall promotions, loyalty marketing or product marketing
• Experience in retail loyalty program is preferred
• Able to deliver impactful communications on-time and accurately
• Multi-tasking, prioritized & efficiency in co-ordinating supporting functions
• Strong project management skill with the ability to manage, implement and analyze various initiatives in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for pioneering new digital promotion programs
• Excellent interpersonal skills and writing skills in English and Chinese
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Marketing Officer
• Immediately available is highly preferred
