Business Service Officer (Marketing) (Hong Kong)

• Provide assistance in the overall management of online and offline marketing campaigns for retail and office projects;
• Assist in the successful plan and roll out of Head Office’s initiated campaigns adopted across new or existing China cities’ projects;
• Join hand with China local marketing teams to plan, organize and implement large scale events, e.g. opening of new projects, new digital ideas applied across cities;
• For new Projects under design and development, to coordinate comments and wish list on interior design and landlord provisions of the Department;
• Prepare management reports and presentation, post campaign analysis, competitive reviews.

• University graduates in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, Advertising or related disciplines;
• With at least 4 years’ relevant working experience, especially in HK / PRC Property Developers / advertising agency is an advantage;
• Hands-on experience in Marketing / Advertising / PR / Business Management / CRM / Interior Design is a plus;
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word-processing or Design Application;
• Self-motivated, detail minded, efficient and proactive in delivering the best quality of work
• Customer-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Good creativity, able to handle multiple projects, prioritize tasks and with good organization and time management skills;
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin (a MUST);
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Officer;
• Occasional travel to China is required.
