Lumina Guangzhou

Lumina Guangzhou is located at the historical central axis of Guangzhou, municipal government’s “one-river-two-banks-three-belts” important intersection, and Guangzhou’s “City’s Living Room” Haizhu Square. Lumina Guangzhou is comprised of the twin T1 and T2 Grade-A office towers and a prime shopping complex, offering over 1,770,000 square feet of retail and office spaces. The leasing response for its twin Grade-A office towers, which were completed in June 2020 with a total gross floor area of about 970,000 square feet, has been encouraging. Meanwhile, its 800,000-square-feet shopping podium is designed to become a one-stop landmark destination, combining retail, dining and entertainment. An array of international retail brands and specialty restaurants will be brought in so as to provide customers with a multifarious shopping and leisure experience.

The project has won numerous prestigious international and industry awards, including the American Architecture Master Award for Excellence in Complex Architecture, WELL Health-Safety Rating, LEED Gold Certification, the 2024 Gold Pilot Award for New Productivity Innovation and Creativity, and the Excellence in Enterprise Award, actively practicing social responsibility and setting industry benchmarks.

The office building was completed in June 2020 and anchor tenants mainly being Fortune 500 companies, consulates and leading companies in the industry. The shopping mall was completed in the first quarter of 2022.
